About Modify Remodeling
A local remodeling company built on straightforward work, honest communication, and results that hold up — serving Cecil, Harford, New Castle, and Chester Counties.
Who We Are
Modify Remodeling is based in Rising Sun, Maryland — right in the middle of the area we serve. We’re not a national franchise. Our team works daily throughout Cecil County, Harford County, New Castle County, and southern Chester County, and we’ve built our reputation project by project in the communities where our customers actually live.
We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling — full renovations, One-Day Bath and tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, accessibility upgrades, and complete kitchen renovations. We also handle basement finishing, decks and patios, roofing and gutters, and commercial remodeling for customers who need more than just a bathroom or kitchen update.
Every project we take on — large or small — is handled under one contract by one team. No wondering who’s responsible for what. One point of contact from the first estimate to the final walk-through.
What We Believe
These aren’t words on a wall. They’re the standard we hold every project and every customer interaction to.
Pride in Quality Craftsmanship
We don’t cut corners on the work. Every project gets the same attention to detail whether it’s a single grab bar installation or a full kitchen gut renovation.
We Actually Care
Your home matters to you, and it matters to us. We treat every space we work in — and every person we work for — with that in mind.
Go Above and Beyond
Meeting expectations is the floor, not the ceiling. We look for opportunities to do more than what’s expected on every job.
Shoot Straight
We tell you what we see — even when it’s not what you want to hear. Honest assessments, transparent pricing, no surprises.
Put People First
Schedules, budgets, and preferences matter. We listen before we recommend, and we work around your life — not the other way around.
Have a Humble Heart
We show up to serve. No ego, no shortcuts, no excuses — just good work done right.
What Homeowners Are Saying
Don’t take our word for it — here’s what real customers across Cecil and Harford County have said about working with Modify Remodeling.
We recently had our kitchen renovated by Modify Remodeling and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the communication from the team was outstanding. The quality and attention to detail really showed, and the final result turned out absolutely beautiful. The whole team was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Modify Remodeling to anyone looking to renovate their home.
Josh S. | Kitchen Remodel | Cecil County, MD
Modify effortlessly installed a recessed mirror and medicine cabinet in our small bathroom. The crew was always making sure that our house and the work area was clean and tidy. The crew leader periodically stopped in to ensure that the work was being performed properly. The finished product was superb. We will definitely have Modify Remodeling return as we plan to bring our kitchen into the 21st century.
Bill G. | Bathroom Remodel | Harford County, MD
These guys were just like family. They came into my mom’s home and in a matter of about two weeks performed two bathroom and a laundry room upgrade that were awesome. The crew was very pleasant and understanding of my mom’s needs no matter how many times she wanted to add a shelf, door, bracket, or whatever. We really appreciated the crew’s attention to detail. I would definitely recommend and use them for future projects.
